Pain in heart

I know woth anxiety you can get alot of pains in your chest but i keep getting pains actually in my heart. I know the sifference of feelings. Its like a dull ache sometimes a bit of a quick pain but it happens in my heart??

I have pains too, I'm not sure about the difference. But I went and had a doctor check my heart...that helped to reassure me. Maybe you could have it checked out. Maybe that would help. Hope you feel better!

Hi..I have the same feeling too. It is not a general chest pain but it really felt like it is exactly my heart getting squeezed or even had stabbing pains at times. It will cause me to panic even more!

I’m new to this anxiety and panic attack crap. I’m also healthy but this has become my downfall. If you are concerned have a check up with a cardiologist. Pain in the chest is very common with anxiety. But it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s your heart. Better to be safe and have it checked. I saw a cardiologist in the fall and after testing I checked back fine. One less this to worry about, I guess.

I think you definitely need to get this checked out. Afterward you will feel so much better. It happens to most of us though. That doesn’t mean no one ever has heart problems. It’s always better to be safe than sorry. I’m very familiar with these problems from anxiety and heart problems.
