Hey everyone! First time in 2 weeks that I have felt like this. Up until tonight the last couple weeks have been awesome! Feeling good and sleeping great! I might not be tired because I took a little nap yesterday (not a good idea for me) so tonight I could not fall Asleep. I seem to be in my head More than normal and slightly overthinking. I feel like my physical symptoms are back and that's why I'm anxious. My chest is tight and burning. Some sharp pains too. Also my middle of my back is hurting really bad, which is new for me. Anyone awake to help ease my mind a bit?

Have you tried some relaxation guided meditations? Might help u drift off xx
I'm sorry you are not comfortable. Try listening to some nature sounds-that is relaxing and calming! Like listening to rain fall.
I read a book if this happens to me, usually it does the trick.
I hope you managed to get some sleep.
I am doing rather welk. Overall the last 2 weeks have been really good. I've been sleeping well except that one night! Hope all is good with you!
