Heavy head feeling??

Some days are worse than others, and it can change from moment to moment, but this heavy headed feeling seems to be constant. It just changes in terms of the severity. It feels like my head is a bobble head or like it's floating and can't be supported by my neck.. it feels like a lot of pressure in my head. I'm not too sure how else to explain it but it's unpleasant. I do not have migraines or a history of headaches either.

Does anyone else feel this way???

Im feeling weird head sensations as well right across my forehead and eveb my ears feels tensed and a headache as well

There is a muscle in the neck called the SCM muscle. When it is stressed it can cause the symptoms you have mentioned. You can solve this with light stretching of that muscle.you can look it up on the net and there are video on YouTube to show you how to do the stretches.

Ps. Get your doctor to check it out also.
