Anxiety coming out of nowhere?

So I've been doing well with my anxiety except for today. Today I had worked in the heat and did a lot of lifting. Later on in the day when I was home I was feeling a little dizzy so I decided to go lay down in my bed and started feeling very anxious. It felt like it came out of nowhere, the physical symptoms started happening and I almost had a panic attack. Can anxiety come out of nowhere? Just didn't know what had caused my anxiety to all of a sudden kick into high gear. Just felt very tense and on edge.

Yes it can come from no where I been doing something lately to help my anxiety I been drinking a lot of water and taking some vitamins and it been working I still feel weird at times but I just relax myself and drink some water

I've been drinking a lot of water too, taking vitamins, not sure why it had happened. I haven't felt this way in a while. Just odd that all of a sudden it comes out of nowhere.

Yeah it's like it comes out of no where and depending on how you handle it it can either get worst or go away I watched some doctors talk on YouTube about it and that helped me to

Hi philley panic attacks can indeed happen out of nowhere i would think thats what can make them so horrible the old idea of breathing exercise can help lessen the effects of the anxiety ! Another thing you may want to try is relaxation on a regular basis this may reduce the likelyhood of you taking. Anxiety ! Please take care and the best of luckx

Thanks for the reply yea I take deep breaths, I exercise all the time, just odd that it happened out of nowhere thats all. Listening to calming music now while I try to fall asleep.
