So I've been doing well with my anxiety except for today. Today I had worked in the heat and did a lot of lifting. Later on in the day when I was home I was feeling a little dizzy so I decided to go lay down in my bed and started feeling very anxious. It felt like it came out of nowhere, the physical symptoms started happening and I almost had a panic attack. Can anxiety come out of nowhere? Just didn't know what had caused my anxiety to all of a sudden kick into high gear. Just felt very tense and on edge.
