Weird eyes

Ok is this a part of anxiety or what ? Was standing at the bench peeling veggies for tea . This strange feeling came over me and it was like my eyes where cross eyed , just the weirdest feeling , then a hot flush up my back into my head . Far out but scary . Any ideas please

During my high anxiety period, I had a few episodes of double vision. It scared the hell out of me. I ended up getting a brain mri and it was normal. I also had my eyes checked and they were fine. It lasted about 2 minutes. It happened the day after my fathers funeral and a few other high stress periods. The eye doctor said it could be because my eye muscles have a tendency to allow my eyes to shift slightly and the brain compensates, but takes a short period to compensate. I haven't had it in two years, but it's always on the back of my mind.

Yer it lasted about 2 minutes or less . It was just really weird . Now I have woken this morning feeling very off balance and when I look down my head is very fuzzy . Not sure if related ? Thanx for your reply
