Does anyone feel worse in the morning? I get up and I'm already crying

Fear in the morning
Definitely mornings are the worse for most people, although I have heard that others have trouble late at night. Usually because the adrenaline is higher in the morning, as the levels come down during the day and evening, we tend to feel better by then. When it doesn't make a difference what time of the day it is, that is when we reach for help with meds, therapy and sometimes hospitalization.
My doctor doesn't want me in the hospital because I'll get worse when I see the other people
That doesn't sound correct. You say in every post that you cry constantly. You must be in a great deal of pain. Do you take medication and does it help? Is the doctor you refer to a psychiatrist? If not, you may find it very helpful to seek out a psychiatrist and pursue therapy as well as any other advice he may have. My Mother was treated for beginning dementia as a mental health inpatient (at the time it was not known that it was the start of dementia - she just had panic attacks). The other patients were in no way upsetting. I hope you can find some relief.xx
I have a psychiatrist and had some therapists. I scared of the anxiety. Now my stomach hurts and my chest
We're supposed to take my father in law out for his birthday and I don't think I can go
Yes my anxiety and depression is the worst in the mornings. I can’t get out of bed. If I do I can verily function.
I miss the days when I would look forward to smelling the morning coffee. It’s been almost a year.
I hear you its terrible.
