This sucks why I seem to be getting sick? Constantly I don’t get it
I drink vitamins I eat right
I’ve been drinking water
But still
The slight ear pain starts
Then the gradual throat soreness that’s it though but it’s annoying
I am concerned about this new strain of flu going around lately 😔

Don't remember if you were examined by an ENT. Infection or anything irritating one part of your ENT can be shared with the other. Thought I had an earache lt turned out to be a fully infected sinus. Antibiotics cleared that up, but spread it to other sinus. Took some steps to finally stop that permanently.
So best luck on your journey to stop all that sharing. 
Are you feeling any better? Being sick on top of having anxiety must be exhausting. The anxiety (to me anyways) is the exhausting enough. Hang in there. I hope you did not get the flu and are starting to feel better.
I don’t think it’s the flu only thing that is still there is the sore throat and I’m still anxious
Just trying to keep calm
There are so many things going around. It is tough to be physically sick when you do not feel well mentally. Get lots of rest. Be kind to yourself. I am not feeling great and have felt bad about myself for napping but I have feel better physically to work on the depression and anxiety. It can be a viscous cycle. My son is 14 and having a rough time. He also suffered a concussion Saturday, which freaked me out. I felt like I was to hyperventilate when they took him for x-rays (thankfully no broken bones around the eye or onbthe cheek where he was injured). I now realize there are certain things I have no control over.
