I get dizzy soells all the time and it make my anxiety go out of control can anyone give me advise

Also do you eat reasonable amounts of protein every 3- 4 hours to stabilise your blood sugars,

McKee, this might be a "chicken or the egg" situation. Do you get dizzy because of the anxiety, or does the anxiety cause you to get dizzy?

One of the little bags of tricks my anxiety uses on me, is dizzy, or a feeling like I am on a boat, or that someone just pushed my chair that is on wheels. How evolved is that for Anxiety's bag of tricks?

So can you tell which comes first?
