Hi guys, just checking in to see how everyone is doing. Been a few weeks since i've been on here. Just wanted to share some positivity and let you all know to not give up and hang in there. Few months back I was at my lowest of lows and with the help of you all (and my prozac) im somewhat normal again. You guys rock. xo

Thanks for encouragement, I'm probably at that point getting lots of twitching, extreme neck tension and irritability. Thinking about starting pristiq at therapist advice, but scared

I Had all those symptoms for months and finally it's bearable. I was petrified to take any med but thank goodness I did. Feel better soon.

I had no choice, I knew I had to get better, and couldnt imagine feeling any worse on meds then I did without. And thanks to the support of my family, friends and my sis was on the same one I was it helped alot. I was first on two different meds at different times before the dr found the right one for me. You can do it just start at a low dose. I found that 10mg of the Prozac was just enough for me. My dr had bumped me up to 20mg after the first week and I didnt do so well so he brought me back down and that was almost two years ago.
