Tingiling itching skin crawling

I get at night where my whole body is very very itchy and tingly kike pins and needles its very anoying and been happening for a few days now anyome know what this could be or have had th e same symptoms

This also happens to me. I have scratches all over me from just scratching and I feel like I’m going to jump out of my skin. At night our defenses are much lower. It seems like if it were an allergic reaction or something it would not only happen at night. Anxiety originated in the nervous system and mine is from anxiety as I get tired and my defenses are low my oversensitized nerves are on high alert. You could try taking an allergy pill that helps with itching. It will help even though it’s from anxiety. I know. I would discuss this with your doctor though before taking any medications especially if you are already on meds of any kind.
