Constantly sleepy

I go to bed every night about 10 pm get up at 7 in getting plenty of sleep but have no energy at all! If I have nothing to do I take a nap on top of it! I literally think I could sleep all day! This is not normal and I think I'm going to call my doc see if I can add some b12 to my meds or something this is ridiculous

I deal with that too! I am not on any meds but I think I need some more vitamins but anxiety, no mater how many vitamins you take, will still make you feel like that :( ...hope you feel better.

I think it's got worse in the past month or two but I dk I'm sure it's just my meds

You sound depressed.

Hmmm I am home alone most of the day my kids are in school and fiance works long hours, I try to keep busy but some days don't feel like doing anything! I'm on 40 mg of citalopram 2.5 mg of diazepam when needed and 150 mg of generic wellbutrin.

You should try and get something for yourself maybe that would lighten your day.

Like the U2 song says,

Lift my days, light up my night.

You should if you can, give yourself one challenge a day. When I was at my worst and I had bad anxiety, so bad I didn't like to go out side because I'd have panic attacks. I set myself a daily goal. Sometimes I'd push myself to go past my panic and go further from home each day, I didn't want to rot away like I was. I even went to university a did a degree in the end.

Only you can change your day so start doing it today. Your mood is just that, your mood. Write down some things you want to achieve no matter how small, and do it !.

1 a day !!

I know for one of my friends the anxiety triggers really bad depression, so yeah that might be it.

I am no Dr., but I would first look at your Thyroid, your vitamin intake/diet and make sure your meds are tweaked “just so.”

Have you had your adrenal glands checked? You could be suffering from adrenal fatigue, which can cause the exhaustion feeling as well as anxiety, depression, and many many other health concerns.

If this is the case, the sleep schedule you are on is perfect for your body's circadian rhythm. Some people do nap during the day, too, but with you being tired all day is a concern. Have you seen a doc yet?

Just because you go to bed at 10 and get up at 7 doesn't mean you are getting quality sleep. See if your Dr. can recommend a sleep test.
