Tight band around leg

I feel I have a tight band around my right calf muscle. It’s not numb but just feels different, does anybody else get this?

I my get like that sometimes try to rest your legs a bit maybe you’ve walked to much? If not better or gets worse then get checked out

Those are so annoying. Come and go for me. Seems better now that I take B vitamins daily.
