Anxiety

My anxiety attacks have stopped after 7 months! I feel gud but i have these headaches that come & go ne1 know wat it could be thanks

Ive stopped taken fluoxetine 8 days now. I was only on them for 5 weeks im wondering could that be the reason for the headaches

Hey Lisa the headaches could certainly be related to stopping the fluoxetine, especially if you stopped cold turkey. If the headaches are manageable and not a huge deal, they'll likely go away soon. Hooray for the absence of anxiety! What would you credit with getting rid of it?

I was thinking that! It wen away wen i stopped being afraid off the attacks. Wen i had a panic attack i just agnored it & done deep breatheing. Try it
