Aunt Flow ladies!

I dread it because I feel more off balance and lightheaded before it arrives I'm three days away from it showing up and I'm feeling lightheaded aggervated off balance and sleepy my worst symptom is the lightheaded feeling I have it everyday anyway but it gets worse this time of the month..... i don't get it

I am the same way. I kind of accepted it now and it doesn’t lead to anxiety. I still hate it though!
