Warm feeling

Does anyone else get a warm sensation in their arms at their extreme moment of panic. It isn't horrendous just not particularly pleasant?

I get this with palpitations it makes me freak out!!

Even get this when I'm completely calm for hours

Oh to be calm for one hour. Even at night I am woken by panic.

Thank you. It is nice to know that it isn't just me. I have constant nausea and the anxiety is always there. I struggle daily to get something down and my warm arms occur in the build up to eating and the actual eating.
