Just getting stuff off my chest

I just can’t deal with how messed up my head is.

If I could leave my life without hurting anyone at times I would. I just can’t cope so many emotions and feelings and illness. It’s unbearable but I’m trying to hard to get on with life it’s just not working I’m not living.

I know how you feel we just have to try getting through one day at a time, try filling it with mind diverting things as best you can. That’s what I am trying to do. Hugs and best wishes.
