Anxiety headaches!

Are anxiety headaches actually a thing? I'm kinda panicking because my head feels so weird! Lots of pressure at my temples, behind the eyes and bridge of my nose. Also neck pain. Im trying all my things I've learned in therapy, but I just can't stop dwelling on the fact that something could seriously be wrong. Oh how I hate health anxiety!

I believe they are I get them too and also neck pain and headaches in the back of my head right at my hair line, think it's all the tension we carry with our anxiety.

Yes! I agree. I hold all my stress in my neck of shoulders.

It's aweful, it seems I have one everyday makes me exhausted

Girl same. I used to suffer from migraine headaches to the point I was referred to a neurologist because I thought I had a brain tumor. But these headaches I'm talking about almost feel like my head's in a vice grip and it squeezes and then releases almost like contractions. And I get them on and off all day long. they sometimes come with dizziness too.

Mine come and go also and are really bad after my valium wear off
