Went to the Drs today and she said I have low blood pressure 90/60 she says it's not dangerous but wants me to try come of my propanolol but I'm worried it'll cause me to have palpitations again. I know my blood pressure was fine before going on propanolol though.

Hi why not try Bisoprolol 1.25 mg they keep my palpitations away.
Hi I'll give this a mention to the Dr. I've not been on medication long (roughly 3 weeks) so it's all a bit new to me.
I had to come off propranolol because of low blood pressure and low resting heart rate mine was also 90/60 but sometimes 60/40 although it’s a side effect of propranolol for that to happen if you’re heart rate is okay can’t see any reason why it would be terrible. Xxx
Propranolol were amazing for anxiety fast acting and there when I needed them
Hope you get sorted soon xxx
Please... don’t let the Dr. give this to you. You are having heart palpatations, from the symptoms of anxiety. You aren’t having a heart problem. These pills will only cause you to worry more. These pills are a slippery sloap. I’d get off these as soon as it’s safely possible.
Once you get ahold of the anxiety, these symptoms do lessen.
Hi thanks for the replies the tablets are helping me with palpitations (obviously) just not liking the headaches my low blood pressure is causing. My main worry is I only started getting palpitations after a viral infection.
