Hello, so I'm going away on a holiday for a while and I'm a bit anxious about it as I know that I won't be able to see my therapist while I'm gone and haven't seen her in a while. And yeah going away does give me anxiety but I'm also excited as I think it'll be good for me. This post is kind of random but just thought I'd share. Any thoughts or reflections to add please do
