Who else gets anxiety induced heartburn?? This is the worst!! The more anxious I get the more my chest burns and the more my chest burns the more I panic!! Anyone else relate!

I don't get the burning with panic attack I get it mostly after 12 am for some reason and it's terrible

The doctor told me I had acid reflux. so I'm guessing it's that. I have been getting chest pains too right underneath my left breast but it's accompanied by a gassy stomach. The only thing that I was able to research is that the stomach is closer to your left side.
I've actually had a couple upper GI scopes done in the past and found I have gerd. So I get heartburn so very easily so I have to be extremely careful of what I put in my body. My doc also told me that heartburn and anxiety go hand in hand!
I get anxiety induced everything some days.
