I have pain in my hip, my upper and lower. Back and ribs. Does anyone else experience this from anxiety?

But I'm also having back spasms so it's hard to walk. I also have osteoporosis. Should I call my back doctor tomorrow?

Yup!! Back pain, arm pain, tummy cramps! Keep on pushing!! You are okay. Ignore the symptoms (easier said that done) they will fade eventually.

I'm on meds for anxiety but they aren't working. It's hard to walk because I have spasms in my back. I also have osteoporosis. I'm really hurting

That’s always the problem with anxiety isn’t it. You know the pain can most certainly be anxiety. But still we wonder, what if it isn’t? What if it’s sinister? I’ve had huge stress and am signed off work currently, and the main problem has been headaches and buzzing in my ears and a draining/weak feeling. That’s lessened. But also had a stabbing hip pain for around 6 weeks - comes out of nowhere, don’t think it’s anxiety related - and 2 days ago have developed this awful back pain all over, upper and lower. Don’t know if that’s stress, or related to my hip pains, or something else entirely. Find it so hard to focus on anything else because it’s there the whole time, and that’s probably making it worse. Want to go to GP, but they dismiss absolutely everything as anxiety for me now. I’m not sure if they are right or wrong anymore.
