I always loved the winter . I hate summer . Most importantly I hate heat period . I don’t like heaters or anything that has heat . AM I THE ONLY ONE LIKE THIS ????? It gives me the baddest anxiety !!!! 😬😬

I turn mines of before bed because it makes me stuffy and I wake up in the middle of night with dry throat

Not really understand. Don't you have central heat in the winter? Does that bother you too?

I live in tropics and welcome cooler days; did something with heat harm you?

How about a humidifier so that the warm air isn't so dry? I remember using one or pans of water near the floor vents years ago in the bedroom. Hope you're feeling a bit better. Was visiting in a cold area of the country over the holidays, but the house had a type of humidifier built in. But was very glad I still have a winter coat to wear from door to car. Forgot how cold the weather can feel.

Hope it helps and you are feeling better through the cold days and calms you a bit. I don't handle the cold very well. Remember having to take a hot bath before bed and one in the morning just to be warm enough to sleep or go to work. x

Heat makes my heart race. I prefer cold as well. I don’t mind heaters or hot baths though...
