Been trying to eat more as feeling permanently faint. Had cereals and so tired I went to bed. Woke up choking with acid reflux. Been awake all night. Can't not eat again as barely functioning and so scared.

I get the lightheaded feeling I blame anxiety, I too have acid reflex and the best thing you can do is eat 2-3 hours before bedtime to avoid that from happening again. If you feel like your lightheadedness is caused by not eating enough, try eating balanced meals. Your biggest meal should be for lunch eat more greens, healthy meats and leave the dairy for the daytime. At night like 2 hours before bed eat something healthy and light like a non dairy shake or fruits or a light salad. You can also eat healthy snacks in between so you don't get so hungry and lightheaded

Sorry to hear. Try drinking Green Tea or Camille Tea. Helps me out quiet a bit. Maybe it can help jump start your food too
I have so tired. Gagging over everything. Been three weeks now. A vicious circle and running out of options, but thank you.
