neck tension

I asked about this neck tension thing before, but does anyone feel like its so tense and stiff it is kind of shaky. weird feeling. little scared about it

Yes autumnthebrat2, I have that as well. Think of the neck tension like over tightening the strings on a violin or guitar. They are so pulled tight and tense that they vibrate when touched. The over stressed neck muscles are so tight that when you move your head it tends to shake. It's not an easy movement. Addressing the issue will help. Actually there are two. The anxiety causing the tight neck as well as the muscles themselves. Do not be afraid, it's an over exaggerated symptom of your fear. xx

I’ve had neck tension for years and it gets worse with stress and anxiety especially. I once had a muscle spasm bc it was getting overstressed and needed to take muscle relaxers. If you’re really worried see your doctor. But it is probably nothing to stress over, just your muscles are tight

Agarr228 I've lived with neck tension for many years. At one time the trigger points in the neck were causing tension headaches. I'm past the headaches now but still have the stiff/tight neck. We all hold our stress in different ways, for me, it's the neck that let's me know that I need to "chill"....
