Hi does anybody else suffer from tremors? It is especially noticeable in my right hand but my left hand does shake slightly too. It really bothers me.

Hi. I had a tremor in my right hand & I saw my Doctor he says it was benign essential tremor. I searched the internet & disagreed with my Doctors answer. I never bothered anything with it & there is no cure. I suggest you contact your Doctor & get diagnosis from Him/Her. My tremor left me without any treatment. Hope you get a good result.

I’ve seen a neurologist & had all the scans but just told it’s anxiety!!!! Can’t seem to accept when they tell me it’s anxiety.

Yes I get that slightly in both hands particularly when turning pages. Some slight tremor can be normal as Sammy mentions or can certainly be a symptom of anxiety.

Thank you so much it’s sometimes reassuring to know someone feels the same. Xx

If you suffer from anxiety and you get a tremor or the shakes it's almost certain to be anxiety. For your own reassurance maybe get your doctor's opinion, that should set your mind at rest.

Sorry jwilcock just noticed you've already seen a neurologist, I say accept their opinion and accept the tremor, don't dwell on it, by not accepting it and obsessing about it you prevent it resolving.

Thanks Jeff, struggling to believe anyone. I keep trying to reassure myself that the neurologist would have picked up on something if there was a problem or the MRI’s on the brain, neck & spine would have shown something but I just can’t get it through my head 😞

I used to get them on my fingers they move by them self lol , but all went away they are from anxeity , but if your too worried check a doctor there is no harm in that.
