Pumping heart can’t relax

Tried all the exercises. Deep breathing, counting. Even tried sex (not being a pervert). Cant just relax... damn...

Anxietywontbeatme, since it's been 2 hours since you wrote us, I am hoping your heart has settle down some. Whether it has or not, I will give you the 2 videos I watch when under extreme stress. I tend to get lightheaded and these audio videos do calm my mind and my body at those times.

They are: Guided Meditation by Michael Seeley

and Sympathetic Breathing/Meditation by Quiet Mind Cafe

It has calmed a little. About 25%. Now it’s its just pumping because I’m anxious. Thanks for the tips!
