Haven’t heard of it I’ll have to check it out have you ever got like this I get pressure in my chest to I feel like I’m going threw one big panic attack
Yes I've been to er by ambulance 4 times in 5 months because i thought i was having a heart attack, but had every test done an my heart is fine, so i finally had to come to terms with it being anxiety and depression, i also have PTSD an have tried many anxiety meds but nothing helped like hempworx cbd oil, been on it last 2 an half months an it's the only thing I'm taking now!! Its def a life saver an I'm finally able to enjoy things again..
That’s amazing I hope to one day live again and not be a prisoner of my anxiety
U will, u just have to find something that will help u! Seriously if ur really willing to do anything, then try what I said..I normally never push anything on anyone but I know what ur goin through an I know this would change ur life for the better!!
Thank you
Ur welcome
I just don’t like this feeling tired but when I lay down I start to feel like I’m in one big panic attack my mind won’t shut off
Try taking a benadryl if u can, one emt told me that it has a ingredient in it like anxiety meds do an can calm u down plus help u sleep, that's what I did until I got my oil!
No, sounds like you have insomnia? May I ask how old are you? I ask because it's a common problem with senior citizens. That's me, I'm 64. I definitely feel you, I finally go to sleep about 9 or 10 the next day. I feel Horrible, nausea, headaches, I've tried to resign myself that this is the way it is? Seems that when I try to fight it, it gets worse? I've tried many different techniques that I've read about. My medicare kicks in this coming December, it pays for more things. Ill be looking into a sleep study, in the past I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I stopped using the mask, it's hard to sleep with. You should look into that? It can't hurt, you would probably need a referral?
I’m 28
It can still happen, just more common with us old people. Look into a sleep study. For me though if this keeps up? I won't be living too much longer, u have other illnesses. Diabetes, obesity and my anxiety. I'm trying to get better fitness wise, so hard I'm SO out of shape I don't even have the energy to care for my self
Are you a student? Are you employed? Do you exercise? When is the last time you had a good night's sleep?
Regards,
Frank
There is some musical sounds called Binaural Beats that are specifically designed to help with sleep and anxiety.
You can get them on Youtube for free. You have to use headphones or earbuds because different frequencies come from each one.
The YouTube ones will play for 10 hours so they won't shut off on you.
I was skeptical, but i heard about it in an anxiety/depression group i was in, and it works remarkably well.
