I called my friend for like 30 mins , now my head has been hurting all day I think due to the phone being held with my head so long , it has emitted some radiation and affected my brain , scared ....

No radiation to your brain. You probably got a kink in your neck which pit pressure on your head and gave you a headache. Take a Tylenol or ibuprofen it will go away when the pressure lessens from having your head and neck turned a certain way for 30 minutes almost like laying on your hand and it falling asleep.

Preliminary results from this study were released in May 2016.

You've answered your own question, I think. I would never hold anything between my neck and shoulder for anything...that's why speaker phone is available. Maybe get a message and send the bill to your talkative friend.
