I just noticed something concerning there is a small raised area in my left temple I don’t have a headache it’s very werid and I’m worried it doesn’t hurt when I touch it it’s very strange I took a picture of it
Told my mom and said that I’m fine without even letting me explain it
Im sad about it
What should I do ?
Daniellesparkles, you're probably fine. We, anxiety sufferers can become extremely sensitized to anything going on in our bodies or minds. Take a deep breath and try engaging in an activity that keeps you distracted. It can be just a pimple and the forehead is a very common area for them to appear. I hope you can get to relax.
