Illness or anxiety.

Does anybody else experience tingling in their feet like pins and needles and cramping in hands? I've never had it before I became ill, (read my last posts) so I don't know if it's another illness symptom of if it's down to anxiety?

I do every time i wake up, and i have extreme anxiety. Id like to know whats going on because i have stuck unwanted thoughts. Cant concentrate ever. Do you have pains and tingling in your head as well? Tightness and numbness in your head? Im sick of feeling like this for sure

Yeah, because I'm not very well at the moment it's made my anxiety even worse. I get tingling on my face too and sometimes I feel like my face is stiff. It's horrblie x

This for me is anxiety I get puns and needles in my hands feet and even jaw during a severe anxiety attack it is scary but it does subside I thought I was having a heart attack the first time it happened x

I know how you feel, I had to go the hospital not so long ago because I thought I was having heart attack, my hear rate was 166 and i was having palpitations, the doctors it was because I had an virus infection and my anxiety made it worse. X

Hi yep. I currently have these symptoms. I too was ill and now I don't know what's anxiety and what's not seen as I haven't really felt better since having an infection.
