Past few days ive had this feeling between my shoulder blades. Feels like im winded and like somebldys git their knuckle in it. I am getting a lot of acid reflux too but its quite bad the pain. I also keel getting headache when i look down so i dont know if its muscular.. anyone had anything similar??
