I've been having some crazy panic attacks lately.

I don't know what triggered them, it might be because I'm supposed to start a new job soon. These panic attacks are insanely intense. When they hit I can barely move and I'm certain I'm going to die or go insane. I can't go outside because they get worse out there for some reason. And even when I'm not having them my anxiety is very high. I have to wait until the 11th to see my psychiatrist... I just don't want to DIE thats all I want! lol

I'm so sorry! I do understand. I'm the queen of panic attacks. The only thing you can do in the middle of one is breathe in count two breathe out two. It sounds like a broken record But it will bring your heart rate down. You've come through them before, you can do it again. Give your panic a stupid name, like Fred. Make him sit in the back seat, put him in timeout. Good vibes friend.

yep, you nailed it. It's the new job. BRAVO to you for getting the interview out of the way and getting the offer. THE WORST is behind you. YOu have the skill, they like you, so the rest is just one hour at a time at the new job.
