I really need help This is killing me

Hi I suffer from really bad health anxiety it's taking over my life. It's effecting me so bad physically. I'm worried recently been painting and decorating I got gloss paint all over my floor, I used white spirit loads of it to to clean the floor. Now I'm sorry worried that iv e inhaled so much of it... how can this effect my health. Please please help me someone I'm really worried 😔

You should be okay, I’ve done this before too. Just go to the doctor and tell them what happened and they should give you some medicine to clear out your lungs.
