Sometimes when my mind is too calm or has no thoughts I get worked up and think that that’s my brain not understanding things properly. It doesn’t help that I’m home for 11 hours a day alone with no people to see or talk to in person. It makes it very difficult. I always constantly think and focus on my brain and how it feels I’m not sure why then for moments when I’m able to distract myself I get relaxed then scare myself out of it again it’s difficult
