Breathe properly in through your nose 3 seconds and hold breathefor 2 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds this will reset your nervous system ALSO look for LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL its pricey but VERY EFFECTIVE place it under you nostrils and youll feel calm
I used to feel like that all the time. Peppermint oil helped a lot. Having a cart would help too. I would lean on it if I felt weird. Also reassuring myself that everything was ok and that I had felt like that before helped some.
