Does anyone else’s anxiety get worse when they wake up in the morning? It’s like I’m depressed and overthink until like three and then I take my medicine. I’m still depressed but I can calm down just a little and lay around, but it’s like as soon as I open my eyes I don’t feel all that great.

It’s like major stress just from looking around when you first wake up. I understand completely. I lay around a lot too I had a bad reaction to anxiety medication and have been struggling since. You’re not alone. Always here if you wanna talk
I don’t know if it’s from where I take my medication around three, and it’s starting to wear off or what but I don’t like it. I used to love waking up in the mornings.
I know what you mean. It’s okay just try to stay calm and ride out the feelings I know it’s easier said than done. A trick I learned to calm my nerves is eating a banana. Lots of musicians and actors do this before they have to perform or just during their day if hey feel anxiety coming on. It calms down the nervous system give it a try! It works for me
Yes the morning is the worst I wake up and think I’m going to have the day from hell going to work is the worst working with customers and putting on a smile is the ultimate challenge but by the afternoon I’m fine I feel the longer you dwell in the morning the longer the anxiety can take a h9ld through out the day
This is weird but I know when it’s 11am because that’s when my anxiety reaches its “peak” it’s took years to recognise the ups and downs of this but my brain still acts this way 😭

Of course!!! Every day if im going through anxious period. Its awful that sometimes night before things finally seem ok-ish and then next morning it starts all ovet again! 😔 It i a slow process but one day you will wake up and things will be just right! Good luck xx
Yes. I get anxious when I wake. Its normal for us. The best thing to do is to start with your plans and to think positive thoughts. Don't stay in bed for long. Just get up and go out and go on about your business. Anxiety trully sucks but just try to reflect your mind on good things or just listen to a good song (: as stupid as it Sounds,dancing always works for me😂
