Droopy eye feeling pains after eating

😔 does anybody else get this. Starting to notice sometimes I feel that I've come to the point where I don't think I can continue on with this nonsense, lately I've been getting weirder symptoms alongside chest pains difficulty breathing and body tremors, Im getting this heavy/sleepy feeling in my right eye I haven't kept track of it so I don't know when it necessarily happens I guess it happens at night.because this is the second time I've gone through this I also noticed my eye sight going in and out and the feeling of passing out along with my heart palpitations Im starting to believe something is wrong with me again.
