I was just wondering whether anybody gets this. My body feels like there is always something wrong, I get the following symptoms

Lightheadedness

Dizzyness

Sharp shooting pains in my head

Blurred vision in my right eye

Stomach aches (stabbing pains)

Aches and pains all over my body

Tense muscles

Weak legs and leg pain

I just need to know that I’m not going crazy , I genuinely feel unwell all the time and I’m scared that I am constantly going to die whether this be a headache or stomachache , any pain I fear the worse !!!

Same. We can all relate here

Hi Kirsty16051,

I get these symptoms all the time plus more (Heart Tingling, Terrible head pains, tingling or Weak arm muscles, General feeling of discomfort or feel Antsy) I can relate. You are not crazy you are just fine! Anxiety gives the worst symptoms to deal with. My anxiety makes me worry that my brain and body will fail me or that I will “Shut off” but everyone reassured me that that CANT happen and I’m still here each day :) You can get through it don’t worry

Hey, for sure, Soo sometimes I’ll get this feeling in my chest like a slight tingling that outlines the shape of my heart it’s usually pretty brief but comes and goes. I sometimes get upper back pain with it that tends to fade once I stop thinking about it obsessively lol

Ugh. I go through times like this! It’s crazy that anxiety can actually do all of this but I can. Hang in there. You’re not alone. So many of us are struggling and feeling just like you. Sometimes that makes me feel better to know. Hope you feel better soon.

Yep - in the same boat. Comes and goes without any reason especially when I'm turning my head left and right to cross the road.

Hey Kirsty. Nope, you're NOT going crazy. Every symptom that you've listed is something that I have also dealt with in addition to various other physical symptoms. And then of course there's the emotional and psychological terror to cope with as well.

I wouldn't wish all this upon anyone. I seriously would not 😲
