Goal for today

My goal is to tackle the highway stop and go traffic.. im alreadyanxious thinking about it.. i got this!!!

So lucky to not have that here. I can’t do busy intersections. My next goal. What do you do for a living? I have to drive all day for my job so it makes it hard.

I drive all day basically myself lol i do landscaping for a union in my town but we are practically driving around my town luckily i have no anxiety with driving in general its just once i leave my town my anxiety skyrockets -_- highways i feel trapper and rescue teams would have hard time getting to me fast enough thats my cear i guess

I see....mine is making a left turn at intersections. I feel trapped by everyone around me. Right lane no problem.

Thats because everyone drives like A holes and never lets any one go because we are ALL focused on TIME we seem to RUSH through our daily lives and never STOP to think or breathe.. society is constantly rushing

It only takes one person to allow someone to make a left turn not at a light

I don’t know that doesn’t bother me as much as like a claustrophobic feeling....

My fear on higheays is missing the exit and ending up in conneticut or dome father place or being stuck

I failed.. miserably.. as soon as I saw the highway I freaked out and didnt go on it

I not only disappointed myself but my fiance too

She was excited that i was attempting it and I told her to stop being excited because I may not be able to do it.. that made her kinda mad because she was only trying to support me but i didnt like it because the thought of failing not only myself but her was too overwhelming...

Ugh i have zero courage.. how do i gain it /:

Kevo... when I did the tunnel and bridge I knew I could. It was a last minute decision not planned at all. I told myself a long time ago that I would know when the time is right and I just knew. That doesn’t mean it will be right tomorrow or the next day and if it’s not I will take my other way around. I’m afraid that if I do it when I am not feeling it or not ready I will cause panic and cause more setbacks. If I do it on my days where I am very relaxed and willing to do it I am going to change my outlook slowly. You might know when the time is right and it might just not be there yet ....is there a smaller step you could take?

Have a back up plan if you can do it don't beat your self up it will come in time.

Do some thing easier on that day instead then maybe you'll suprise yourself.

To go out and try is 50% there!

It isn't going to be easy but we know that !

Breath in deaply through your nose and out through you mouth. Breathing and focusing really helps. Put the radio on you've got to think about things outside your head.
