I'm sick of all of this

I have extreme anxiety and depression. However, the past few months this has gotten extremely severe. I am scared of simple tasks and often have no motivation. I feel like I'm in an empty hole. I have found treatments that work, but they only work temporarily. Using them is horrible because I feel amazing for a few hours, and then it goes away and I feel worse off then ever. Does anybody else feel this way?
