I feel that there comes a time where only a hospitalization can help us through intense counseling as well as medication and dosages can be adjusted to fit your needs. x
I know the feeling, if you wanna cry, cry I always find it helps for the moment and makes me feel a bit better.
You have been posting about this for a while. Perhaps you really do need to go to a hospital and try to get to the bottom of this. It is not a good situation to be in, especially as it has been going on for a some time.
