Hiya !! I get exactly the same when things are bad. Then because I'm crying I get more and more panicky, mine recently is usually because I feel sick. I start at 8:45 and I've woken up feeling so so nauseous. Have a little drink, then to upstairs put your music on as Loud as you need no matter what time in the morning it is and get ready. Have a little sing and a dance whilst you get ready, eventually distracts you from your feelings, and you'll get there and should feel somewhat ok. Xx
I tried this morning blow the color what i am imagine, and 4 am its not good to wake up i hate it!

I took colld shower and wash out all my bad thoughts
Its feel different at the moment like im a normal person, still shaking but its a bit better
If you are really worried about how you are feel I g please see or ri g your GP for telephone appointment and tell them exactly how you are feeling inside and out and the sleep problems
Being over anxious and panic attacks are always worse unless you talk to your GP
