Had a crap day at work, now I cant switch my mind off the same thoughts going round and round in my head head about what I should have done or said.
Ive got to be up early so will be really tired and have yet another bad day !

Well last night I had to get up, as I couldn't breathe very well, its was only for 2 hrs, then I managed to get back to some sleep 2am till 4am.
So if there's any coffee mimii, I hope its decaf as that might be part of the problem. If you feel anything like I do at the moment, I would suggest taking it slow today as I've already walked into a wall, lol.
I was wondering how you were grog last night, as I hung my head out the window having a ciggy.

I was going to say, when I couldn't sleep last night, and the health anxiety came up for me, I just let all the thoughts come, and did some meditation, it wasn't easy by any means, but I know where the panic goes if I dont, and that scares me more. So I did it, with some walking about slowly, cups of decaf coffee, and one cup of tea, but I just kept doing it, and I did manage to get back to sleep.
I know the intensity of your sleepless anxious nights, is more than what mine are at the moment, but even a liittle of the practise helps.
Hope you all having a restfull sleep or day.

I got £75 for the phones and a migrane lol. Straight into my daughters hands, and she was off into the clothes shops. I didn't even have enough for a blooming coffee.
Its my dads car, but he cant drive so he gave it to me, its a gunmetal silver honda civic 05 plate and its lovely

I'm sitting here in agony with a migraine, and a hot water bottle strapped to my head.
I tried to sleep, but got woken up by the headache.
I haven't had a migrane since I started meditating 9 months ago, I must be slacking......

Hi poor you, Im lucky never to have experienced a migraine, perha ps you need some coffee I drink gallons of the stuff lol !!!
Hope the hot water bottle works, do you take any painkillers think theres some you can get specifically for migraines.

Hi mimii,
I do take painkillers and guess what my wife used them all, and as I've not needed them for so long, I forgot to replace them.
So all I had was 2 paracetamol which lasted 30 minutes.
I do like a coffee too, I have the decaf these days, with soya, its ok, once you get used to it, and a roll up, hanging out the window.
I used to smoke Camel cigarettes in the old days, god I hate to think how much they would cost these days.
