Mo, if you fight your anxiety you will lose. Fighting only causes more stress and tension and your over-sensitised nerves need less, not more, of that if they are to recover. You've been fighting anxiety for some time, right? Has it done you any good?

To recover do the opposite. Stop fighting your anxiety. Surrender to it. Agree to co- exist with it for the time being. And ACCEPT it for the moment. Accept it utterly. I know that the symptoms of anxiety are discomforting but you must accept them calmly and with the minimum of fear. Because whilst you are accepting your anxiety symptoms you can't fear them at the same time.

Once you stop flooding your nervous system with tension, stress snd fear it will begin to heal and you will be on the road to recovery.

So remember, Mo, no more fighting, no more making the problem worse, run up the white flag of total surrender. Only three things to remember: accept, accept and accept. This is the method of the late Doctor Claire Weekes and it has helped untold thousands to recover.

Well I don’t need to book and I’ve been better the last couple of days thank god no panic attacks or anxiety because I’m blocking it out of my mind completely it’s hard but I’m doing a great job as of yet
