Sleep paralysis when of mertazipine

Hi guys every time I miss my medication I seem to have real bad sleep paralysis for anyone that doesn’t no what it is it’s apparently when your brain wakes up and your body don’t and you can hear everything but your fighting to get up trying to kick the person next to you trying to scream it’s real scarey my partner said it looks like I’m fitting done anyone else suffer from this is there anyway to control it 😞

I can only think of a simple response to control this and that is make sure you don't miss your medication

You could always ask your Doctor as I feel they may be able to tell you depending your health history as well as meds you take if they feel this is normal
