Anxious and weak.

Hi all, for around half an hour I have felt as though my pulse has gone really weak. Its causing me huge anxiety. I have just finished night shifts and have a heavy cold so a lot going on. Does anyone have sudden feelings of weakness when anxious? x

Thank you, I am a midwife. So stressful isn't it. Nights destroy me, anxiety goes through the roof. How about you?

Hi I don't do nights anymore a nurse as well,but anxiety makes you exhausted and weak using all that adrenaline.take care and rest up 😘

Hi , I have it all the time when I have had a long day at work . Some days the thought of work makes me feel weak and with having cold as well then I think you need a long rest , hope your better soon
