Slightly panicked

Hi guys, I'm feeling warm and it seems to come in almost wave like patterns. I have a what I believe is a cold. I got hives on my scalp that started late last night and somehow I got one on my eyebrow and know have a swollen eye.

I know it's not from an allergy because I ate nothing the day before, I know that's bad.

I haven't taken any medication because I haven't eaten all day but maybe a 2 toasts. I don't know if I feel like there's a limp in my through or if I'm nauseous, I felt hungry. I don't think I have a fever, just feel a little warm on my forehead

I'm started to panic thinking it could be something else

Any advice would be appreciated
