Yes I have been going bed at 9 then waking up at half 7 then napping in the afternoon for half a hour or more.
I'm not sure. I start worrying more late at night.
Yes it’s part of anxiety but take omega 3 fish tablets around 3pm this should help with the problem hopefully

Yes this can be part of anxiety but to be able to sleep so well is a bonus when you have anxiety as so many have trouble with sleeping
Are you taking any medications as these can also make you feel like you need more sleep
Have you had your vitamin levels taken lately because lack of iron , vitamin D can also make your more tired so if you have not had them done ask your Doctor for them to be done , just a simple blood test and then if they were low vitamins soon get it back up again

The body is an amazing piece of kit. It tells you when it is tired, it tells you when it is hungry. If you feel tired, so what? Stop questioning everything, stop monitoring yourself so closely. It means you fear the symptoms of anxiety and so long as fear lurks, the anxiety will stick around. Simply label everything as anxiety and learn to pay less attention to how you are feeling and move on with your day. The symptoms are completely harmless, just excessive adrenalin triggered by sensitised nerves. Recovery will follow if you lose respect of the symptoms, let it all be there and give up the fight. Giving up the fight gives your mind and body the space it craves to start and complete the natural healing process and the symptoms will fall way. The symptoms you dislike so much won’t be there when you recover so don’t attach any importance to them by monitoring, self checking etc.
