Tired, lethargic and queasy feeling

Feeling tired weak and queasy this morning. Had a few physical symptoms on and off all day yesterday, I’ve slept but its been broken sleep. Before all this started mornings was always my best time but then I used to sleep 7-8 straight. Is it the anxiety and disturbed sleep that’s making me feel like this?

Sorry to hear it. It is the spike of cortisol we get in the morning and will improve with time.

Try not to worry about it if you can.
