Propanolol side effects

Hi there

So recently my anxiety has Increased and went back on propanolol. I started on 10mg or 20mg as and when which did help but today went back on 40mg twice a day as and when.

I was on it before but can't really remember but feel really sick. Is this normal ? Typical me worrying about it. My heart rate is 55bpm too which is worrying me? Normally it's 70!

Also I know the doctor said it's fine but I'm aware the main purpose is to do with the heart and blood pressure so is it really safe to take as and when rather than every day ? I don't want to feel sick everytime.

I know I'm silly because I was on it for a year without issue before so I know my body can cope with it just can't remember if sickness to start with is normal

I really didn't get on with it. Was given it last week 80mg my heart felt slow but I could still feel the panic behind it if that makes sense. Stopped talking it . Yet I have freinds that swear by it . I suppose every one is different. X
